     This is the ballot for the 2010 election of officers and
     directors. If you are unable to attend the annual meeting, please
     use this ballot to vote in the 2010 LPF election.  Your vote must
     be received NO LATER THAN 11 May 2010 to be counted and ensure a
     quorum for the annual meeting on 12 May 2010.
